Note to Buyers: This is a sample of our standard contract. When you reserve a puppy, we will prepare your personalized contract with your puppy's specific details and present it to you for review and signature in person at the time of delivery.
1. The Financial Agreement & Our Deposit Policy
To ensure an elite, stress-free experience for our families and our puppies, we operate on a transparent, two-step payment structure:
Total Purchase Price: $3,500.00
Strictly Non-Refundable Holding Deposit: A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your chosen puppy. Once paid, this deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By placing this deposit, you commit to purchasing the puppy, and we immediately mark them as "Sold," turning away all other potential buyers. This deposit is applied directly toward the final purchase price.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $3,000.00 is due prior to or at the exact time of delivery.
Complimentary Hand-Delivery: We do not ship our puppies in cargo. We personally hand-deliver your puppy directly to your door (or an agreed-upon safe public meeting location) completely free of charge.
2. Our Premium 3-Year Genetic Health Warranty
We stand behind the health, socialization, and genetics of our Cavaliers. Every puppy we place comes with a written health guarantee:
The 72-Hour Health Window
We guarantee that your puppy is in excellent health, up-to-date on vaccinations and dewormings, and vet-checked at the time of delivery. We ask that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours of receiving them to verify their health.
In the rare event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a life-threatening illness or severe physical defect within this 72-hour window, the puppy must be returned to the Seller immediately alongside all veterinary records.
Upon return, the Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter. No monetary refunds will be issued.
Our Exclusive 3-Year Warranty
For three full years from your puppy's date of birth, we guarantee against life-altering or fatal hereditary and genetic defects. For the Cavalier breed, this specifically includes:
Moderate to severe Mitral Valve Disease (MVD) (diagnosed by a board-certified veterinary cardiologist).
Syringomyelia (SM) or severe Chiari-like malformations (diagnosed via MRI by a board-certified veterinary neurologist).
Severe genetic hip, eye, or patellar defects requiring surgical intervention.
Our Promise: In the rare event that a qualifying genetic defect is diagnosed by a licensed specialist within these three years:
The Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter.
Because this is a replacement-only policy, absolutely no cash refunds, monetary reimbursements, or veterinary medical bill coverages will be issued by the Seller.
To qualify, written documentation, diagnostic test results, and veterinary records must be provided to the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from a veterinarian of their choosing.
3. Your Commitment as a Buyer (Our Expectations)
Because our puppies are raised as beloved family members, we require our buyers to agree to the following standards of care:
Standard Lifetime Care: You agree to provide a safe home environment, premium nutrition, regular exercise, and routine veterinary care (including booster shots and monthly heartworm/flea prevention).
AKC Limited Registration (Spay/Neuter): All of our puppies are sold with AKC Limited Registration as pet-only companions. You agree to have your puppy spayed or neutered between the ages of 9 and 18 months. Our dogs are strictly companions and are never to be used for breeding.
Our Lifetime Safety Net: We care deeply about the lifetime safety of our puppies. You agree that your dog will never be surrendered to a shelter or rescue. If at any point in the dog's life you are unable to keep them, we will always take them back and assist in safely rehoming them. (No refunds or replacement puppies are given for owner-surrendered dogs).
